Webtron has a number of auction invoicing options available to you. We’ve made the customer and auction administrator’s journey across all touchpoints smoother and more efficient.
Auction sales data is always available for export via CSV or API after an auction. In addition we offer two more options.
Option 1: In-system Auction Invoicing with Webtron
Webtron’s first auction invoicing option is in-system invoicing. It’s super quick, easy to use, and brings the Invoicing process down to just a few clicks. Option 2: Webtron Xero Auction Invoicing module
The second invoicing option is Webtron’s Xero ‘One-Touch’ seamless Xero invoicing and new vendor statements in just one click. Many of our clients currently use Xero, one of the world’s most popular cloud-based invoicing and accounting systems. Webtron can be connected seamlessly with Xero to transfer your sales data preformatted to Xero, ready for sending bidder invoicing and vendor/consignor statements. Xero also offers payment gateway options meaning your bidders can pay by credit card.
